Huuk Barbershop Management System
A user-centered management system designed to streamline appointment booking, enhance client interaction, and reduce manual workload for HUUK Barbershop across multiple branches in KL/Selangor.
As part of a System Analysis project, my team developed the HUUK Barbershop Management System in collaboration with a branch supervisor. The system addresses key operational issues such as manual appointment changes, limited notifications, and payment confirmation delays by introducing features like automated booking confirmations, self-service rescheduling, and centralized data access. I was primarily responsible for the UI/UX design, creating wireframes and prototypes tailored to both customer and staff needs. The platform supports HUUK’s plan to integrate POS, CRM, ERP, and HRM systems, ensuring scalability and consistent service across growing branches.
A digital learning platform designed to support secondary school students by enabling teachers to upload educational materials and assignments, while providing students centralized access for revision and downloads.
Questoria is a web-based Learning Management System developed with a focus on secondary school education. It serves as a centralized platform where teachers can upload lesson materials, assignments, and past-year exam questions for their students. Students can view and download these resources anytime, allowing the system to double as a personal revision hub. The platform addresses the growing need for accessible, structured educational content in a digital format. It empowers both educators and students by streamlining material distribution and supporting independent learning beyond the classroom.
A collaborative project focused on designing an efficient, secure, and scalable data center—emphasizing infrastructure planning, operational workflow, and hardware layout using Coohom Pro.
ALYFERYN was a data center design project aimed at understanding and applying core principles herent operational efficiency, physical infrastructure, and security in real-world scenarios. My team and I worked closely to conceptualize a functional layout that incorporated access control, cooling systems, backup planning, and power management. Through this project, I gained hands-on experience using Coohom Pro to visualize spatial design and infrastructure placement. The initiative strengthened my knowledge of how design decisions impact overall system performance, resilience, and future scalability.
CARA COM MY: Real-World Insight into Information System Project Management
A practical group project focused on understanding core components of information system project management through an industry interview at CARA COM MY in Cyberjaya.
As part of the IMS654 course, our team conducted a professional interview with Mr. Haziq and Mr. Mustaqim from CARA COM MY to gain real-world insights into project management practices. This experience provided a valuable understanding of how concepts such as scope planning, stakeholder communication, resource allocation, and risk management are applied in a working environment. The insights gathered helped us strengthen the execution of our group project by aligning academic theory with professional standards. It also improved our ability to analyze project challenges, make collaborative decisions, and approach problems with a structured project management mindset.

Stellarum Library: Designing a Future-Ready Smart School Library
A conceptual private school library designed to apply digital literacy, global collaboration, and sustainable innovation, integrating advanced technology in security, user experience, and educational resources.
Stellarum Library—meaning “of the stars”—is a visionary design project developed under the IML656 Planning and Design of Libraries and Information Centers course. It reimagines the school library as a high-tech, student-focused hub that supports 21st-century learning. The library integrates state-of-the-art features including smart check-in/out systems, high-speed digital zones, touchscreen learning stations, AI-based resource recommendation, and AR/VR-enhanced reading environments. In addition to its advanced digital infrastructure, the library promotes sustainable practices like solar energy usage, digital resource management, and paperless workflows. The phased design plan spans 20 years, evolving from foundational infrastructure to becoming a national leader in school library innovation. The library also emphasizes global engagement through virtual exchange programs and cross-cultural collaboration hubs, while providing personalized learning experiences tailored to every student’s academic journey.
Digital Records Optimization with DGFlo: Implementing an EDRMS Solution
A hands-on project focused on implementing DGFlo, an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS), to streamline document retrieval and strengthen team communication within a collaborative academic environment.
As part of the IMR664 course on Electronic Record Keeping, our team implemented DGFlo, an EDRMS platform, to enhance document organization, retrieval efficiency, and workflow transparency. I served as the team leader, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams, timely progress, and strong alignment with project goals. This project provided practical exposure to electronic record management systems and highlighted the critical importance of clear communication, responsiveness, and team coordination. It also deepened my understanding of how digital tools like EDRMS improve record security, accessibility, and operational continuity.
